Humans are the most common of all the races on Ti-Airea. They thrive or live in just about every corner of the world. They are a fascinating race, though plain compared to the other races, they do stand out in many ways. There are 4 types of humans that exists, they are: Naquarian, Lesanor, Alystin and Relonor. The four are very unique by human standards, between each other but they are all relatively the same.

Naquarian’s are naturally stronger and have tons of stamina amongst the human populous. It is said that they were created to be fighters or work horses in the human society. Naquarian’s have a fearless attitude about them, though not all of them are this way but mainly most of them are. Going into battle or doing the heavy lifting seems not to bother them much because doing such is what their ancestors used to do. The attitude that they appear to have sometimes gets them into messes that they themselves don’t want to be in but a lot of times it gets them out of it as well. Unlike the other humans, Naquarian’s aren’t fair skinned. When you meet one their appearance is somewhat dark. A Naquarian’s skin color ranges from a dark tan to very dark brown. Their eyes and their hair have the same range in color as well. All around they’re the biggest of their human kin.

By far the smartest of their kind, the Lesanor’s are the most prominent in the human society. Not to take anything away from their fighting prowess, Lesanor’s would rather use strategy when it comes to warfare. Also Lesanor’s have the reputation for being able to resist and/or have the drive to fight off attacks that don’t require physical actions. It is no wonder they are rumored to be the leaders of the human society, because with that combination of talents it is easy to see why. Lesanor’s are fair skinned, ranging from a very light pinkish skin tone to a vey light tan or bronze skin color. Their eyes are something all together different!
They are an array of colors; red, blue, green, white, brown and many others. But their hair is the one thing that lacks luster, though they are very proud of it. Their hair color ranges from a pale golden yellow to blacks and browns. Though on rare occasions you will find one with red hair.

There is no doubt who is the wisest of all humans, it would be the Alystin! Most Alystin’s are priests, clerics or some other kind of wise wielding guru of a sort. Now this doesn’t mean that they can’t fight or anything like that, they seem to be very skilled in that arena as well. But dealing with the past and ancient histories as well as anything dealing with religion, is where you will find them. They have the love of books, scrolls and ancient texts. You will find the Alystin among cities of elaborate decor, bright colors and an array of lights.

In nature many creatures have a natural enemy! But with humans you would think there wouldn’t be one! When it comes to the Relonor, their natural enemy is, their own kind! Relonor’s go against the grain of their own human society so much so, it makes them unlikable to most but this is a trait that is admired by some. This makes them fierce warriors but better negotiators! When it comes to getting what they want or to convince others to give them what they have, there is none better than the Relonor! These skills are second to none, especially in the underground. A Relonor looks like a cross between an Alystin and a Lesanor! Their hair color ranges between black and dark brown as well as their eyes.

These unique races are cousin to the the basic human. Only in the since of how they are related physically not actually. They share the same upright stance, familiar looks, thinking, body types and mental capacity. The human kins of Ti-Airea all have unique traits all to themselves, such as flight, innate magics, shape shifting as well as a ton of other abilities or traits that the basic human doesn’t have. Each human kin race has their own language that they speak, this includes different dialects depending on the race.

Nearondian’s are a race of cat people that are very docile as they are ferocious! Varying from just about every type of feline known to the world, their temperament can be a mystery. The Nearondian race has split their society into three sub classes.
Xenthus; These high class Nearondian’s are the leaders of their society. They control their governments as well as many other areas of their society.
Hyleen; Being middle class for a Nearondian isn’t a bad place to be. The Hyleen’s are all the common workers that make the Neaondian world go round.
Darshann; Being the least in the Nearondian society. Darshann’s are looked down upon with much hatred from the others. Though not all hate them but there are more that do than not. But in the Nearondian society they owe their way of life to the Darshann. Though they will never admit to it!

“The Catoniese are related to two known races, the Nearondian & the Elkantar Elf. How this came about is by strange happenstance. There was a great cataclysm that occurred when the two races were at war. This cataclysm trapped a great number of them, both Nearondian & Elkantar in a valley for generations. During this time they were still at odds with one another but realizing that they they are trapped in a place that no one knows exists. Better yet even knew that they were alive.
Over time they started to become more friendly with one another and calling a truce, this was done to preserve their lives and also to increase their hopes of one day leaving the trapped valley. With the truce called both became more than friends over the decades, they became family. Strange as it seemed to many in the beginning, an Elkantar mating with a Nearondian was unheard of. But again time proved to win them over. The Catoniese are the offspring of the two races. For generations this was a great thing for both. But some of the elves felt it a disgrace to have offspring with a animalistic race such as the Nearondian[…]”

There are three races that are not original to the world of Ti-Airea, and these two were the first to arrive. The Shiandian and the Zarrian are not separate from one another they are the same with some differences. But to explain the Shiandian race and how they came to the world will bring a greater understanding of who they are.
Many thousands of years ago a very advanced race, world, was at its life's end. The Shiandian home world was ravaged by it’s inhabitance with their thirst for knowledge and advancement of science & technology. Though they were on the verge of draining their world of natural resources, they knew their time was short! So they needed to find another world to live on and quickly. Being advanced as they were they had built devices that allowed them to travel between worlds.
“For many years these devices were not used for exploration, they were used for conquest! The Shiandian’s were a war mongering race. They set out to take control of as many worlds as they could get their hands on. But they didn’t expect to loose their home world. Though they have conquered many worlds none of them held the right condition for their kind, until they stumble upon a world they called “002”. This world had everything that they needed. So taking it for their own was something they didn’t even debate on. It was to be theirs.
Once they begun their invasion they realized that this world, though primitive, had a technology of their own! It was called magic! They knew nothing of this magic but it proved to be very powerful. They fought for many years. Decades passed before the inhabitance of this world or the Shiandian’s gained any ground. The Shiandian’s had been receiving reinforcements and supplies from their home world that kept them in the fight and soon started to gain the edge over the years. But shortly their home world died and they had to make due with what they had left. But they were not at a loss as of yet.
“Losing their home was tragic but they had another weapon up their sleeves that they found very useful over the years. The Shiandian people had no choice but to change their tactics. They had to find out what weaknesses this magic has, so they decided to use stealth. Unknown to the people of world “002” the Shiandian’s have a natural gift.
They could shape change! Changing into just about any animal form of appropriate size, they gained the upper hand. Also they had noticed that the women of their race were very effective against the people here as well. The women of the Shaindian race were enslaved on their home world out of fear. The women could also shape change but they where subject to only one form.
They changed into a huge hairy beast standing 12 to 15sqrs tall. With incredible strength and a good resistance to the magics used against them, they became the front line of every battle. For many decades more, this was their conquering strategy. But soon their downfall was upon them. Their women rebelled and some escaped and formed armies of their own. Soon they created a society of women where they hated their men for the enslavement they had put them in and soon it became hate for all men! This division amongst them weaken them dramatically. Battling against the armies of this world and now they must do battle with their own, this was to much for them to handle.
The Shaiandian women that had separated themselves from their own kind, but this had brought on two separate identities for them! The people of the world called them Amazons but they called themselves Zarrian’s. This means “Un-collared” in their native tongue. For it was a collar that the men used to restrain them. The Zarrian’s embraced this new world, looking at it as a new beginning. They have also come to a great belief in the Gods of world! Becoming a warrior race of women they have attached themselves to two major deities. The God of war and the God of law.

“The Kreill are a race of K-9’s. Dogs to make it simple. They didn’t come from another world nor were they created by magics. They are the only race that came to be through evolution. Over 60 thousand years ago when in “The Age of Dominance”. K-9’s were used in every war big or small. For these K-9’s were not the average dog. They were known at the time as “Kyliose Prime”. (key-le-os) What made them so different from other K-9’s where their size and their intellect. Being twice the size of the average K-9, the Kyliose had an intelligence that matched and sometimes surpassed that of human kind. When in combat they understood every word their master told them and never deviated from any order. Though they could not talk they expressed what they felt through their actions.
For generations they fought with man but nature decided to separate them even further from their K-9 kin. Their bodies started to change. Becoming longer and more streamline, almost werewolf like. This alarmed many of the races that used them for domestic and militant reasons. The Kyliose still walked on all fours though they looked like they could stand tall like man. In combat this made them very effective. Being able to rise up and handle an enemy like man but with the ferocity & strength of an animal made them almost unstoppable.
“But their masters didn’t see this as an asset, they saw this as a threat! You see the Kyliose were used by humans, elves & other human kin that were around at that time. Soon they were being mistreated, caged like the enemy they were sent into battle to capture. This treatment went on for generations, growing in hatred for their once ally masters they wanted to be free of them all. So they waited and planned for many years to make their escape. During the 1st God war, their opportunity came. As the world was captivated by the shear force of destruction that this war was doing, they did not realize that another war was about to start right under their noses. Over all the time they were in captivity the Kyliose learned to stand upright. They learned to use weapons as well. And over the generations they understood, listened and learned speech.
With a host of other skills they have become familiar with, just by observing their masters who caged them. Once free they waged war on their captives in full force. Slaying all they could with generations of pent up anger and fear.

Most of the Kyliose were captives of the elven nations and they would call them “Kreill”. Which means Killer in elvish. The Kyliose decided to adopt the name. This was done because they had to kill in order to gain the freedom they now have. But killing humans whether they were elf or the like, makes no difference to the Kreill, they looked at them all as the same. This they believe will bring them to peace.

The youngest of all the races, the Shintii were magically created. No one knows if it was by human kind or if the Gods had a hand in it. But whatever the case may be they are here and they thrive as the largest race on the planet. Shintii come in almost every verity of animal. From as small as a common house cat to the size of an elephant. But they are very smart creatures and deceptive as well.
What makes the Shintii so different is that they aren’t human by any means. They are all born as animals! But the Shintii have an ability that is only shared by the Shiandian & the Zarrian and that is shape changing. As other races change from human to animal the Shintii go from animal to human. Though they must study the human form that they want to change into whether it be human or halfling. This must be done in order to change into one.
The Shintii have only been in existence for less than 30 thousands years. But being animals they multiply very fast. In the books of history it says that they were created for stealth war!
Having an enemy that is a common animal that you see every day. In your homes, towns, fields, military and so forth would be very useful to ones allies and foes.

These two races are not separate. They are the same! But there are some small differences. The first is that the Zikearose all look like bat like people where as the Omearadon can look like just about any race. Whether it be from human to halfling. Both are winged. Meaning that they are a race of winged people. Their wings range in look from bird to reptilian and they don’t just glide they fly!
A lot of races share in the history of the Omearadon but not directly. It is something that had happened that had a permanent lasting affect. And the Omearadon & Zikearose are the only race that this happened to! This they remember always and is permanently kept in their history scrolls.
In Omearadon history or belief, is that they were Isa’s special people. For the great love he had for them, he gave them the name of "Angel" which means in their language: "My loving children". In their ancient history Omearadons were the Angels of Isa. During “The Age of Absents”, Isa was at war with two very powerful entities that he had to subdue. This heavily drained a lot of power from Isa! For in order to Subdue them, he had to pull power from his Angels so that he could set things right amongst the heavens.
Isa gave his Angels the ability to disguise themselves to keep an eye on all the life that exists which he created, on the prime material plane. Most of them took forms of some native animals so that they would not be seen by the other life forms in which inhabits the world. But when Isa was at war with the great entities, nearly all the powers that the angels had was stripped from them. Thus the angels were caught between the likeness of the Isa and whatever form in which they were in at that moment. Some looked normal others like birds, cats, horses and so forth. They felt cheated, disgraced and dishonored, but more over they felt abandoned! Now living with those they once looked after the angels had nothing and nowhere to go.
Isa, never once lost the sight of what has happened to his children of the heavens. He had compassion on them, though he could have restore them to their former glory. His personal war took a long time to settle. Though it was a blink of an eye for him it had been generations for the now earth bound angels.
Isa granted to all his angels and their descendants the ability of flight! To soar the skies as they once did when they were in the heavenly realms. Now that their wings can carry them across the skies, they realized that they were now forever bound to the prime material plane and they can never return home. This confused and angered them! To help them see that they were not forgotten, Isa sent and overseer or emissary by the name of “Omear Adon” to unite & reassure them that Isa did not abandon them.
The Omearadon & Zikearose war still wages till this day. Though not all of them believe in this war and many are trying to end it. The Omearadon’s don’t really understand why they’re still feuding with them, from their stand point they never hated them and never treated them any different from any other Omearadon. But whatever is still fueling their hate for them, it must be strong.this he brought Omear back to the heavens with him till some time later. Believing that Omear was a god or an avatar the angels mourned his leaving. But in his honor, for following Omear for so many years, they considered themselves as his people thus calling themselves “Omearadons” which now means “Honored Angels”.
As for how the Zikearose came to be and why the Omearadons split into two races from one is, less than 150 years ago a hate war was started by a person or persons unknown amongst them. It all started out with all the bat like Omearadons. They were told that they were worth little to nothing amongst their kind. This instigated riots and small civil wars among them. Believing that all their brethren hated them the Zikearose decided to separate themselves from their kin.
The Omearadon & Zikearose war still wages till this day. Though not all of them believe in this war and many are trying to end it. The Omearadon’s don’t really understand why they’re still feuding with them, from their stand point they never hated them and never treated them any different from any other Omearadon. But whatever is still fueling their hate for them, it must be strong.
Many races don’t really understand how they have come to be. Some believe that they were created by their God(s) or evolved from other creatures and so forth. But as for the Centaur they somewhat share a history with the Omearadon & Zikearose. In the early years of Ti-Airea history, a time when there was only one God. All the world called Isa “The All Being” at this time.
The All Being had sent his angels all over the world to observe all that lived on it. His angels took many forms to stay hidden from humanoid life that was placed here by him. They disguised themselves as animals of all types. Sometimes they were disguised as one specific type of animal to look after those they were observing. The angels took forms as birds, dogs, cats, horses and many others to do the will of the All Being. But during “The Age of Absents”, the All Being for some reason had to pull some of the granted power from his angels.
Doing so left them in a mortal state. They no longer had memory of what they were doing or who and/or what they were. Also some where caught in a half and half state such as the Centaur and others. Though not all the angels were disguised as animals they were still affected in the same way.
The Centaur believe that they were created by some great design, even though their lives have been troubled by war, hatred and possible extinction. But the Centaur are a proud race and they take it very seriously. They are warriors and to fight is glory! Pride and honor rank high with the Centaur, to wrong others are not the Centaur way. Most of them live a life of nobility but don’t mistake that, they do have a mean streak that comes to the surface from time to time. Because of this some are not noble and doing evil is what they desire.

The Drazien are a interesting race! They are of dragon kind but not related to them or the Dragunight. The Drazien just appeared one day. And many tens of thousands of years ago they swarmed the land and people though it was an invasion of some kind. People began to protect themselves and some formed hunting parties to kill and eliminate them. Many of the Drazien died in this way.
This went on for a few years but one day someone decided to try and communicate with them and found out that they were not mindless creatures nor were they a race trying to take over the world. They were lost, confused and scared. All they knew was that they woke up in a strange place and the inhabitance started to fear and kill them though they never did anything to harm them. Maybe, they thought, it was their appearance! Looking like this worlds local legendary dragons but only partially. A Drazien is more human like than dragon like.
They walk upright like a human, they have four fingers on each hand which is different from humans. Their body type is more human than dragon.

The Elf, a world would not be complete unless you don’t have this legendary race in it. There are 6 kinds of elf that exists in the world. They are, The Lymril, The Veladorn, The Sharizian, The Elkantar, The Triel and The Hunorian. All elves are proud to be elves but not proud to relate to one another. Each kind of elf lives in a different kind of climate, thus each elf has a different personality or mind sets when it comes to relating to each other. But they do tend to tolerate one another unless they have a deep hate for one another.

The Lymril is your Aquatic Elf. They live under the great seas of the world. Lymril’s don’t like surface dwellers much, even their elven kin. Though there are times when they strike an allegiance with the surface dwellers once in awhile. It’s a tolerated relationship, though not all are like that. Some fascinate themselves with the surface people. Lymril’s don’t travel out of the oceans very often, content to living their whole lives under the seas. But should they do travel on land they can do so for a short period of time. They can stay out of water 3 weeks max. But only 2 weeks will be comfortable before they start to experience complications. In their 3rd week the will start to lose physical & mental strength. Then dehydration will start to take it’s toll on them increasing their likely hood of death. Lymril’s rarely travel like this. Should they do travel on land for any length of time, they carry a magical hooded moist wrap. This magically keeps them hydrated as long as they have it on. Also they’re very fast under water and of corse breathing is not an issue.

Being an outsider is one thing that the Veladorn knows better than any! They’re the black sheep of their kind. With the dark complexion to match! With dark skin and with hair, either black, bone white, silver or both.
They have always been set as outcasts amongst their kind for many of thousands of years. Hated and treated as if they were lower than dirt. This came about during the era they called “A Falling King”. At this time it was believed that The Ancient One or The All Being, which is the name the elves call him, had fallen out of his own grace and power!
At this time all the elves were at war with one another. One society trying to set dominance over another in addition they where also feuding with the orcs to. During this time, many of the elves depended on the Veladorn to help settle things. Being used as the main military forces for all the elves and feeling very much under appreciated, they decided to let all of them figure out how to get themselves out of the mess that they were in. Upon doing this the rest of the elves felt betrayed. Not that they cared for them in the first place! In addition with all the strange practices that encircled the Veladorn, which also helped fuel any fires that was started about them.
They practiced worshipping demons and using magics for evil purposes. For these reasons all the other elves had planned on distancing themselves from them for a long time but this betrayal was to much for them to bare. At this time all the elves banded together to drive the Veladorns into the underground. Exiling them for all their days.
The Veladorn, over the many centuries of exile, they learned to harness the magics they were practicing and by doing so, they developed natural abilities of their own. Out of all the elves, they are the only ones that developed such abilities.

The word Sharizian means Great Valley. Hence they are also known as Valley Elves. Living in low mountain, hilly and rocky valley areas is by Sharizian choice. They didn’t get thrust out of society or anything of that nature but the big inner city life is something they didn’t agree with. Though there are many that do live in large cities across the world but mostly in “Easteria” the Elven states.
The Sharizian have always thought that the elven society should split to become more organized. Living on top of one another would at some point cause separation and insight war among their kind. Which happened with the Veladorn. They did aid with the exiling of the Veladorn but shortly afterwards they made the decision to separate as well.
Some call the Sharizian the second Elkantar, because they more often side with the them when it comes to just about every decision whether it is great or small. Sharizian’s make great guide’s and excellent plains travelers. They have an innate ability to find food and water in most places that are devoid of such. They have a 50-50 chance to locate both food and water or just one. So having one around is a good thing!

Standing tall, living high and ruling over all the elves is where the Elkantar believe they should be! But they believe this rightfully! For you see, they were the 1st elves to ever exist! In the early years of the world there were animals and there were elves. They weren’t called anything at that time. They were the same as any creature that lived at that time.
But they had something that the other animals didn’t and that was, intelligence! To this day they don’t know how they came to be, they know that they just did! Being around for so many years, especially since when the world was new. This gives them the right to be a bit uptight and full of pride. The Elkantar watched as other races came to be, from evolution, to being stranded here from other places, as well as being created.
Their history is very detailed, taken very seriously and very well guarded. They are the greatest historians this world has ever seen! They are smart, wise and very skilled when it comes to fighting. Though not all of them are this way. There are many that don’t hold to the teachings of old and don’t practice the old customs. This divides them greatly! Elkantar’s find themselves at odds with one another a lot. Disagreeing, agreeing, agreeing to disagree is something they do on a daily basis.
Many don’t care for their attitude but many don’t mistake them on any level because they know that if an Elakantar knows or doesn’t know something they, are at loss!

The strongest and toughest of all elves are the Triel! Having this natural ability gives them the edge that is needed in many a situation. Many believe that elves are weak and frail and can’t hold their own. When it comes to the Triel this is far from the truth. They can last longer than many. Over the centuries it has come to the mind of many that they are Sharizian’s that had to adapt to their new environments. But they can’t say for sure.
Being the 3rd youngest of elves, appearing about 100 centuries after the Sharizian, it is likely. They were a welcomed addition to the elven family. When the time came to drive the Veladorn’s away from normal elven society, they were the main forces to make that big push!
Triel’s are also known as mountain elves. Living in high mountainous areas is where they prefer to be. Should a war break out, it would be almost impossible to invade them. They don’t lord themselves over any other elf or some other races but they do believe they are superior to many. But the one thing to watch out for with them is their temperament! Though they are calm most of the time they do tend to lose it at a moments notice.

The youngest and the most neglected of the elves are the Hunorian’s! They feel as if they have no place amongst their own kind! There is a good reason for this. They are half Veladorn & half Elkantar! They are also called Shadow Elves in some areas. During the time when the gods fought for the 2nd time there was a brief time of peace because of it. Many races banded together for support and to battle common foes and allies. This war amongst the Gods had things turned upside down. The Elkantar had pardon the Veladorn from their exile during this time because they needed their power.
It took many years to end this particular God war. But over that time the Elkantar came up with a cruel plan that set the stage for the beginning of the Hunorian race. Though they pardon the Veladorn they didn’t trust them at all. To make sure they kept them close the befriended, related and started families with them! Spanning over 2 to 3 centuries came a half breed elf between the two. They had no name for them. They for the most part was accepted at the time in the normal elven society. All though this is how it appeared.
During this time the Elkantar wanted to take the half breed children and train them in secrete to spy on the Veladorn. They did this to keep tabs on them in order to see if there was any betrayal amongst them. For years they didn’t find any but they were not content. Believing they knew that the Veladorn’s were plotting and planning something, in order to take revenge on them for the time when they were cast out of elven society.
Watching and waiting, this went on for years! And nothing happened! They started to think that they had no intention on getting any revenge for their exile. But unknown to them that was far from the truth. You see over the many years they were together in elven society they kept their plans very well hidden. The Veladorn and the Hunorian, which means half-breed in elvish, had decided to make them pay for what they did to them many, many centuries ago.
The Hunorian’s were double spies in a sense but they would never double crossed the Veladorn because they found out why the Elkantar wanted them as spies, in addition they wanted to use them to run them back to the underground where they believed they needed to be. So a war was started and the Elkantar thought they had the upper hand.
But when the Hunorian’s turned on them and sided with the Veladorn, they were at a loss! Shocked by what had happened they couldn’t regroup fast enough to control this situation.
But not all was to the Veladorn’s favor. After the humiliation of the Elkantar, the Hunorian’s were tired of being used by both sides as pawns. So they parted ways from both, leaving each to fend for them selves. Though not all left. Some stayed on both sides but the mass majority gathered their things and families as well as families of others and left them all behind.

Many look at being small as a bad thing. But that is not true. Halflings & Dwarves have proven that time & time again. Over the centuries since they have been around, the world seems to go round quite nicely!
The Dwarves with their knowledge of machinery and many other technologies such as; war machines, steam powered devices and much more. Many of races have benefited from dwarven technology, on and off the battle field. Also, they may not be the ones that came up with the architecture to buildings and homes but their ideas, over the centuries, have given many races the ability to construct homes and buildings that are unique to their way of living.
Not all dwarves are this bright or smart. Just as any other race there are the ones that seem to not be very bright. But for the most part they are very smart.
There are six different types or dwarves that live in the world. They are;
Each live in different areas of the world as well as geography. (See Race Chart) The one thing that is common among the dwarven society is that they are a very proud & traditional race. They take themselves and their history very seriously. With a short tough body and an attitude to match, dwarves are here to prove to the world that, you don’t have to be big to get the job done.
Now Halflings are put all together different from other races. When you look at one you don’t know if they are little kids or little adults. This gets very confusing at times. They have pointy ears like elves but a lot of the time they look like humans. They are not stocky or pudgy people, they are properly proportioned but just small.
Halflings are not a warrior people they fight but they are not very effective in hand to hand combat. This is due to their small frame and stature. But this doesn't stop them from trying! They will never become fighters or any kind of warrior type. Priests, Rogues and Mages are more suited to their taste.
To have a Halfling with you can make many things on a journey seem easy and fun. They are very funny though at times this can become very annoying. They are very smart as well but they have a natural curiosity just like the Drazien. This at times becomes so strong that it overwhelms their rational thought and sound judgement as well as fear. Old ruins, abandon castles, shiny objects, magic and the like can send a Halfling on a curiosity overload. These things and more gets them very excited and they must go and find out what it is or what it does or both.
You have to be very careful to have one with you as well, cause having one with you may put them and the group they are with, in some form of danger most of the time! But the upside to this is that if you’re ever in a tight spot that you can’t seem to get out of, most Halflings have either gotten them selves out already or know a way out that you may not have seen yet.
Over the many years that they have been around, how they came to be is a mystery! No one knows if they were created or brought here or evolved or devolved from humans or elves. They themselves don’t know the answer to that question. They just know that they’re here, not really caring about the past to much. They are a here and now type of race looking for anything that is new and shiny.
